Nick Farnan – Managing Director
Nick has extensive capital market experience gain from a range of corporate advisory and executive line management positions. Nick’s expertise includes M&A, divestments, and strategic planning which have been developed through extensive business turnaround and profit development roles. Nick’s is increasing focused on capital management strategies for the public and private equity SME market.

Quintin Freeman 
Quintin brings extensive experience in financial management with a range of skills gained in the professional arena, investment banking and in industry. Quintin’s main focus is to raise funds for development capital and for management buyouts. These funds are raised in the private sector and through IPO’s. Quintin’s expertise includes strategic planning, M&A and divestment activities for industrial businesses. He specializes in emerging businesses in the building products sector and in the technology sector. Quintin is based in Sydney. 

Peter Leckey 
Peter has over 20 years of experience in financial structuring and advisory activities including the raising of capital and arranging finance to facilitate the transactions. In particular, he has a focus on the SME market and property sector for both corporate and government clients in the raising of third party capital for the acquisition, disposal or further development of properties. He has extensive experience in the structuring and establishment of investment funds, property trusts for fund managers, property developers and corporations as well as identifying suitable counterparties for the acquisition or disposal of business and property assets.

Geoff Murdoch 
Geoff brings extensive experience in buy and sell-side due diligence projects (in excess of 150 transactions) in the USA and Australia for private equity, corporate and financial stakeholders. An energetic and self-motivated leader Geoff has developed a broad range of strategic, financial, attest and operational capabilities built over 18 years with Ernst & Young in various regions and roles including audit, transactional support, solvency and restructuring.

Nicholas Laycock 
Nic is an analyst with the business. He is responsible for market analysis, development of three way financial models, writing and reviewing information memorandums and other documentation which are used as part of the M&A transaction process. Nic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commence from Monash University. 

Rupert McLean
Rup is an analyst with the business. He is responsible for market analysis, development of three way financial models, writing and reviewing information memorandums and other documentation which are used as part of the M&A transaction process. Rup is completing his Bachelor’s degree in Commence from the University of Melbourne.

Tom McIvor
Tom is an analyst with the business. He is responsible for market analysis, development of three way financial models, writing and reviewing information memorandums and other documentation which are used as part of the M&A transaction process. He is also responsible for the company’s marketing initiatives. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commence from Monash University.

Murray Allott
Murray is based in Christchurch and has had over 33 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. He is a leading insolvency practitioner and provides practical solutions to clients. Murray provides advice across range of industry sectors and has acted for a number of high profile entities. He is a director of a number of private companies involved in property transactions. Murray has previously been a Finance Director of a group of investment companies and a director of a large New Zealand based property management company.

Natalie Thain
With over 18 years experience in organisation design and development, business transformation, search & selection, leadership development & coaching, career development and transition support. Natalie has led projects (cultural transformation, integration, change management, career development, management team effectiveness and HRD processes etc.) from concept to design and successful implementation. Her clients have included large multinationals, small companies, government agencies, non-profit organisations, sporting bodies, charitable trusts and educational/health institutes. Natalie has gained experience in a wide range of sectors namely Health, Sport, Agribusiness, Hi-Technology, Engineering and Research.
